There is a check in time hour, but the owner lives there so we were able to check in a little after the time range stated on the listing. Very nice owner. Great breakfast. Mainly sweets. Very close to the airport. Free street parking. Lots of space available. Overall was a great place to stay.

Great little Bed and Breakfast with traditional service, examplary Rome hospitality, great beds and linens. We stayed over for one night before our flight, hopefully next time we can stay longer and explore the area. Didn't have a chance to try the breakfast due to early departure. Our stay was wonderful. Gratiae is welcoming & kind. The room was big. The shower is small but gets nice & hot & has great pressure. The breakfast is good & Gratae makes cappuccino for you.
