Atthough an interesting property it needs to be professionally managed and serviced. The general quality of the bedding could be better. The air conditioning was noisy - which meant we could not sleep well. Nevertheless the staff were helpful & friendly

I was very disappointed as I booked room with bath jetted tub and did not get it. Was going to be a great nights stay with friend that I hadn't seen for a while and there was no romance as no bath tub. Very disappointed. Was clean and the guy gave good service but couldn't help on the wrong room. Money aside, it was the romantic setting I wanted and didn't get.

We stayed for 2 nights. It is a brand new hotel, very good equiped and in a good and safe neighborhood. We were almost the only guests. They tried to please us so hard that it was a little uncomfortable. The hotel and staff can grow when there are more guests. Give it some time.

Comfortable, simple and clean room with effective air con in a beautiful and peaceful setting. Great breakfast (choice of Sri Lankan or continental) and the staff were extremely hospitable and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Large room in a nice house east of Colombo city centre. A tuk-tuk ride only takes 200 Rps. The Sri Lankan breakfast is tasty and service is great. I recommend it to anyone willing to visit Colombo.
