Honestly, this hotel far exceeded all of my expectations. It's absolutely gorgeous. Our room (the Junior Suite) was absolute perfection. This was the final two days of my family's Spain holiday - my husband and I with our 14 year old son. Even HE was impressed! We spent a lot of time by the pool. The service, the vibe, the food and the drinks were all fabulous. Breakfast is well worth the additional cost. We will absolutely stay here again when we visit Madrid.

A really "cool" boutique small hotel in a convenient location although the immediate surrounding neighborhood is a little rough around the edges. Staff at the hotel were very helpful and polite. We stayed in a 2 BR suite which was really one of the nicer rooms I have stayed in however we were disappointed at the lack of turndown service, water/towel replenishment etc for the price we paid. The hotel is not far from being a 5 star establishment but needs to improve their service to get there.
