This is by far the most kid friendly hotel I’ve stayed in Taiwan. There are complimentary carousel rides (adults can ride too!) and play room for the kids! And reasonably priced mini go kart and train rides too. Totally worth it for families who are travelling with their little ones. The design of the lobby was cute and grand at the same time 👍 Service was good, if you’re driving, the lobby front was spacious for loading and unloading. It’s like a scene off meteor garden. Room was of a good size with bath tub! Overall, very good impression of the hotel. Our booking came with breakfast and the spread was good with plenty of variety! More importantly, the only hotel that provides koko crunch. 😍 Only downside was the Starbucks coffee at the lobby was not actually Starbucks coffee. But instead a machine using Starbucks roasted beans.

We came this hotel with kids, and when we came out of our room, we smell strong smoke, the staff who clean the room confirmed that someone smoked in the room, they just say sorry to us, nothing else. We are from overseas and have no local number, I told receiption I want to book a local restaurant and they need a local number to receive a comformation message, I ask the staff can you please me to book this restaurant or just give me local number to receive a message, and the staff at reception desk told me they can not help me for this.
