My first ever visit to Muscat. I liked the hotel, clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff. Got upgraded to the Royal Suite - which was SUPERB! Located in the City, many malls are nearby. There's a car rental desk in the lobby with availability of cars on site - which was a major Plus! Breakfast food was average.

Room was great for the price. Comfortable and clean bed. Amazing bath tub to soak in. Mini fridge and coffee area. Got a late check out for one of our rooms. Staff were friendly for the most part. My room phone didnt work and although I told the front desk, it didnt het fixed. If you order food, they arent allowed to come up but no one would tell me it was there si it would just sit in the lobby.

Great staff and Location

Staff were great, we extended our stay with a subsequent booking and the hotel linked it seamlessly meaning we didnt need to change rooms too. Hotel is in a great location with easy access to the rest of Muscat so makes for a great pace to stay. The Breakfast did not satisfy our group but we found local alternatives.

Perfect hotel for a quick visit

Very nice hotel for a short visit in the city. Room was cleaned and perfect for our visit. We had a late flight and we were allowed to do late check out. It made a huge difference for us. Very nice and helpful lobby and dining room staff. Hotel provides free underground parking which was a game changer during high temperatures. Definitely recommended.

Need to hire a car if staying here.

Not the standard I'd expect from a Radisson Blu. Location isn't ideal - not much to walk to beyond a supermarket and a yemeni restaurant - absolutely need a car if you're staying here. Pool area is basic but functional. Good pool bar menu. Generally the hotel felt quite tired. Needs some modernisation. Did like the room - while basic it had a separate living area so lots of space.

The hotel is in a good location cloaenll big malls like email of Oman and avenues.. Rooms are big and clean. Definitely value for money. It is right next to Panorama mall but the mall is almost empty. It does have a supermarket and a couple of coffee shops that was convenient. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel as I went to check it out before deciding and I felt the breakfast was not worth what you pay for it (10omr) - limited options.

Each dish was prepared with the freshest ingredients and bursting with flavour. But what truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional staff. They are attentive, professional, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure your comfort. I must give special recognition to Adam at the front desk, whose warm smile and efficient service made check-in and check-out a breeze. He was always available to answer questions and provide helpful recommendations. Additionally, the cleaning team, especially Sathish, deserves high praise for maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel and our room. The Radisson Hotel Muscat Panorama is more than just a place to stay; it's an experience that will leave you feeling pampered and refreshed.

Great stay! Spot clean rooms, heated pool with a sunset view. Very helpful staff. Manager helped us immediately to get a room with 4 beds despite originally being assigned smaller room. Fully recommended.
