Found this hotel the morning of our trip to Modena and it was perfect for our stay! The rooms and accommodations were simple, clean, and perfect for our needs. The breakfast was fantastic in the mornings.

Lovely clean, comfortable basic family hotel. Comfy bed, lift, air con and buffet breakfast with homemade cappuccino. And free parking. What's not to love.
Lovely 1950 s vibe.

10/10 Exceptional

Property was exactly what we were looking for--on-site parking, clean, simple breakfast (included), walkable (20-30 minutes) to center of town. Hosts were accommodating and pleasant. No frills (almost dormitory-like feel, no carpeting). We had a room with private bathroom. This was very nice except that the shower is quite tall and narrow. Would stay here again.

Das ist gut für eine Zwischenübernachtung. Parkplätze im Hof waren gut verfügbar. Frühstück recht einfach, aber ganz gut. 1,5km zu Fuß in die schöne Altstadt. Bus zurück bis fast vor die Tür.

Très bon petit hôtel. Personnel à l'accueil très sympathique. Tout était très bien.

6/10 Good

Resultierte in sehr unruhigem Schlaf.
