8/10 Very good

Location is very good, but the hotel room are very small which is normal in that area but the towels quality and bedding sheets are poor and not clean.
Verified review

6/10 Good

Location is closed to the metro and tram. Also, most of the attractions are reachable on foot, lots of places to eat and shop. The property needs a make over and staff needs a welcoming attitude ( neutral and disinterested)…
Verified review

2/10 Poor

Room was entirely too small and uncomfortable and hit as AC did not come on when key was in appropriate slot. Also, room was terribly noisy. Would not recommend this hotel although the staff and breakfast were noteworthy.

6/10 Good

Central from all attractions in Istanbul (close from T1 Tranway). However, room was very small, not a single TV channel in English. Broken jacuzzy, nobody really cares. Staff correct but their english capabilities weren't memorable.

6/10 Good

Nosy staff, noisy rooms. Breakfast was good, cleaners were great at cleaning and friendly but the office staff was mostly nosy and always up on the business. Residents next to my room screamed on the daily and I told office staff and nothing was done about it. Also rooms are too small for the price paid.

Our room wasn’t ready until 4 pm.No apologies offered nor any explanation.Receptionist staff were rude and unprofessional at times.

Bella struttura, centrale e pukito Ottima la colazione. La spa deludente: idromassaggio freddo, sauna tepida, dalle 18.00 a pagamento!

Superfint ophold. Har kun småting som f. Eks en nabo der så film til meget sent med høj lyd og et ønske om at bruge et håndklæde mere end 1 gang.
