6/10 Good

The room was clean, comfortable, and overall very nice. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by poor customer service. The shower, bathtub, and bathroom sink were clogged for our entire stay. I reported the issue through Expedia, sent messages directly to the property, and even spoke to the front desk in person, but it was completely ignored and never addressed. I was also disappointed that several additional charges were not clearly disclosed in the Expedia listing. We had to pay extra for bed sheets, towels, and air conditioning. These are basic amenities that most travelers reasonably expect to be included or, at the very least, clearly identified as additional costs before booking. The room itself had potential, but the lack of response to a maintenance issue and the unexpected fees made the stay frustrating. I hope the property improves both its communication with guests and the accuracy of its Expedia listing.

4/10 Fair

Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti a Giugno 2023. Ampio parcheggio, esperienza sicuramente positiva.

8/10 Very good
