As all properties in Venice it’s an older property, but it’s clean, kept up and close to all tourists activities. Management is easy to get ahold of and resolved any issues that arise. I would recommend it and would stay there again.

This property was spacious with convenient amenities like a well supplied kitchen and was located in a great area near St. Mark’s square (in a quieter neighborhood which was good for sleeping).The host was friendly, very helpful, and quick to respond. We were able to do a lot during our short stay because of the convenient location. It was also easy to get to and from the property from airport and train station via water bus. Overall a great stay.

This is a safe apartment in a very 'venetian' style area. There are multiple arch bridges around the home with many dining options at walking distance. It is also very close to the ferry station making sight seeing easy. Marco our manager was attentive. The bidet could have been cleaner unfortunately.

It is a spacious apartment with all the amenities you will need. The main bed is comfortable as well as is the pullout. You can walk easily to restaurants and water bus/taxi. Its just over a little bridge and o a quiet canal.

Die Fotos zeigen einen Zustand, der lange vorbei ist, die Wohnung ist schlecht unterhalten. Besonders schlimm sind die Wände, die voller zerdrückter Mücken sind, teils blutig. Auch wir haben während vier Tagen ein Dutzend erlegt. Es fehlen Mückengitter an den Fenstern. Der Heizkörper im Bad ist verrostet. Grundsätzlich ist anzumerken, dass die Wohnung kaum natürliches Tageslicht hat, sie liegt im Erdgeschoss mit winzigen Fenstern an denen direkt Passanten vorbeigehen, von daher ist es auch nachts sicher nicht optimal die Fenster offen zu lassen. Es gibt nur teilweise blickdichte Vorhänge. Das Regal im Schlafzimmer ist schief, der Kleiderschrank defekt. Im Bad funktionieren zwei Leuchten nicht. Bei Waschmaschine und Kühlschrank fehlen die Schranktüren davor. Die warmen zusätzlichen Decken sahen dreckig aus, wir haben sie lieber nicht benutzt. Alle Schrankfronten sind beschädigt. Technische installieren im Bad wurden provisorisch eingebaut. Es hat auch offene Kabelenden und die Wände sind zum Teil feucht.Insgesamt ist der doch stolze Preis überhaupt nicht rechtfertigt. Wir haben uns wirklich nicht wohl gefühlt - trotz des freundlichen Hosts von glamjam.
