Sabrina was one of the most amazing hostesses we have ever encountered. She was helpful, respected our privacy, gave us great suggestions, offered help even to the point of making us coffee and ordering us a taxi so we didn’t have to go outside and try to flag someone down. She was very easy to communicate with and extremely interesting. She was very dedicated and made the stay 25% better than just this glorious location.

Such a quaint, clean little hotel tucked in the streets within walking distance of the Vatican. Bed was very comfortable and right outside our window were fruit and vegetable stands. The room is small but very comfortable for two people. Also felt very secure since there are four doors you have to come through to even get to our room!

Lovely clean and bright room. Ideal for a couple. A/C was a godsend. Staff were fantastic, friendly and full of suggestions for things to go and see. Great base for the Vatican and Castel St Angelo. A little out of the hustle and bustle of Ponte and Trevi. Also far enough away from the tourist hotspots to get better restaurant and cafe prices. Loved our stay and already planning a return.

The room was great. It was very clean and very nice. The bed was very comfortable. The AC worked well. The bathroom was immaculate and we really liked the shower. The location was very good - close to buses and the metro, shops, restaurants, and Vatican City. We felt extremely safe in the accommodations and in the area around the room. We highly recommend Chester Suites to anyone considering a visit to Rome.

Loved our stay so much we booked again after we went on a cruise from Rome. We thought about booking near the Colosseum or Trevi Fountain but so glad we didn't, it was just way to busy in those areas. It was worth it to take a short Metro ride into those areas. Highly recommend. Also, Anna was very responsive, very kind, communicative and hospitable. The area is clean, safe, walkable with great shopping and food choices in the area.
