Extremely friendly and helpful staff, beautiful heritage building near the centre of Skågen just a short walk from the shops and harbour. The breakfast was of the highest quality, and overall was an excellent first experience of Skågen. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking a base to explore the area.

Charming, historic, reminiscent of an era but up to date. Having viewed the exhibit of the Skagen painters at the museum, we were doubly glad that we had followed our Danish relatives’ advice to stay at Brondums. One of our best nights in Denmark - the dining room & service was exquisite.

The hotel is a gem. It has a lovely feel to it inside and out. The breakfast is wonderful and dinner a delight. The seating areas plentiful and to have the fire lit in the lounge in the evening although perhaps a little early really lovely. The stairs but challenging for ladies of a certain age. The prospect of a separate toilet and shower a little off putting but in our case immediately across from our very comfortable and delightful room so actually no problem at all. Easy access to ironing board and iron and staff who were only too happy (it seemed) to take your luggage to your room and in due course collect. We were very pleased particularly with the artist connection to stay there. The food, the service and the bedding quality. We loved our stay and would go back. Skagen itself is special.

Personalet var simpelthen så sødt, og morgenmad var dejlig! Desværre havde vi ikke fanget der ikke var eget toilet og/eller bad.. og da vi rullede gardinerne ned var der døde insekter på selve gardinet. Øv. Men håndklæder, morgenkåber, sengetøj var rent og lækkert. Admiralgården trelænget dog til en klat maling hist og her. Ligger dog super centralt og er jo en del af det historiske 😊
