Shiv was on duty at the front desk when we arrived after a long day of traveling by air from Saskatchewan. He was excellent and offered us a free upgrade, as well as a voucher for breakfast at Denny’s. We were en route to Niagara Falls to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. Anyway, Shiv’s kindness after a long day of traveling by air was very much appreciated. The room was great! Thank you!

We came in late and left early so didn't see much of the hotel, but the front desk staff member was kind and eager to offer all options to us. The hotel was very clean. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Sandman hotel is just south of Burlington skyway bridge. It is a clean and well maintained hotel. There's a walmart nearby and and Denny's & Moxies restaurants on the property. Good hotel to stay at if you are staying in Hamilton and need to get on the highway fast.

Well maintained and clean property, friendly and courteous staff, wonderful room decor and ambience. Also like the extra security of needing to tap room key in the elevator to get to the floor your room is on. Will definitely stay here again.
