Service was excellent, very helpful, and super friendly! Shoutout to Anca and Marco in particular. Excellent location as well for those wanting to visit the Vatican, Sant Angelo Castle, and enjoy the Prati neighborhood. Within a 5-minute walk of a metro and a bus station, so easy to reach every other part of the city with public transport. You can also get a taxi from there if you prefer.

The location was great. Bathrooms had mould in the bathrooms. The walls were so thin that you could hear everything happening outside our room. If someone made a drink in the reception area and stirred the cup, we could hear the spoon clink against the cup. We spent our whole stay whispering, as the hotel is covered in “silence” notices.
