Stayed for one night while visiting the Royal Highland Centre which was only a 20 min drive away. Perfect family room for our 2 teens with proper single beds. We were made very welcome, despite being soaked from storm Boelo. Lovely breakfast the next day. Will definitely stay again next time we are in the area.

This guest house is ideally situated about half way between Edinburgh and Glasgow. It is well kept and the owners are helpful. Ideal for exploring the area. There was a range of options for breakfast and the food was cooked fresh; they even got oat milk for our vegan son. There is parking on the premises, which is helpful.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Room had everything i needed in it. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. Breakfast was included in the morning which was lovely. There is parking at the guesthouse but there is a bus stop 1 minute away that takes you into the centre of Edinburgh which makes it a brilliant location for exploring.
