Nice clean hotel, not far from Chalks music venue if you are going there. However when I booked I didn't realize it was one of those hotels where there are no staff and access is via a code. I didnt have any problems BUT I do not like these hotels as they make me nervous about getting in late at night. Quite pricey for 1 night as well. Room was a reasonable size.

The room was clean and comfortable for what we needed, I did message the staff to get the bin emptied and more milk and tea bags. This did not happen, I don’t know if it was because we had taken the key with us and not locked it up. But they could have message back. So when the shower was as boiling hot we jumped in and out as didn’t know if they even look at it. Woke up on the last morning with water on the table, the room above us had water leaking through the ceiling.

The room was perfect, clean and spacious, close enough to everything and check in process was quick and easy. I would definitely stay here again. The little touches were really appreciative, such as bottled water, tea & coffee and shower gel. The only things I would recommend to make it a little better would be a little fridge and maybe a small fan. We did stay during the heatwave so thats the only reason I mention it. But otherwise everything was great.

The location was great since it is walking distance to the pier and restaurants. Please note, you will need to pay for street parking when you arrive. The accommodations are clean and look like the pictures. We tried to contact the staff during our stay but we never got a response. We tried to contact them via email and the scanned WhatsApp in the room, and no response. Please note, if you need something during your stay it is difficult to get a response from the staff. It would be helpful to have fans in the rooms.

This hotel as described in the reviews as good clean & helpful staff Did not see any staff you get into the property through a keyless lock system which worked the bathroom was dirty with mould on the walls & ceiling flaking paint as for the shower it was so minute if you dropped the soap it was a struggle to pick it up so a larger person than myself would struggle the shower head was described as a rain fall well it was not the water came out of the top of the shower head the window had a venetian blind which let in daylight from 5am buy some black out curtains @ least Do not stop in this hotel
