Second time for me staying here - great stay and a very good location with both the Metro and Tram nearby making it easy to reach all the tourist attractions. All the works are also very nice and always helpful with a smile.

Ruslan needs to learn how to be hospitable and learn how to really work my in hospitality. He’s just looking to get cash out of everyone and it’s really uncomfortable. The cleaning isn’t accurate. They do a “make up” but they don’t even sweep the floor or change the duvet. The duvet has holes and stains. The curtains had stains too.

The room was very hot I commented to staff to make room cooler and they said they could do nothing. I could not sleep it was so hot.

Sauber, Lage und nette Personal. Das Frühstück könnte besser sein. Zum Beispiel fehlt Shurba und die leeren Sorten müssten nachgefüllt werden.

8/10 Muy buena

The property very well located, close to lots of shops and places of interest and also a metro station. Staff were brilliant, always nice and helpful. Breakfast was simple but good and staff there were wonderful and cheerful. The room should have newer sheets and towels as we have some stains and even a hole in our towels but staff were really nice and this made our stay very good. We also had water and tea and coffee in the room which was very helpful. I will recommend it but bear in mind is not a luxury hotel.

Hotel is really clean and on good location. Did not interact with staff that much, but cleaning ladies were very friendly and helpful. Person at the front desk was little “pushy” with making you buy excursions, which was not necessary. My priority was to have nice and clean hotel in Istanbul, but not to be pushed to buy excursions

Good Location friendly welcome until I was pressured into paying more for my stay. The receptionist was quite insistent although in the end realised that he made a mistake and apologised. It all felt quite uncomfortable
