When we arrived, Mr. Eugine met us at valet parking. Such a nice man. He helped me from our truck and helped load our bags onto the luggage cart. Then he escorted us to the front desk where Ms. Mauriyah checked us in. A genuinely kind person, she offered all kinds of info about Atlanta with a constant smile on her face. She greeted everyone so kindly. She explained all the services the hotel has to offer. Our room was lovely, clean, comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was delish…. not the same old. Oatmeal with 10 toppings available, croissant sandwiches, quiche, plus all the regular stuff. The whole area was spotless. The lobby area was filled with sofas, chairs and tables for chatting, noshing, and or game playing. Again, it was kept spotless. And it’s directly across from the Ga Aquarium. That was our first night and day. Our next day we met Jamandi and Jasmine. They were at the desk and buzzing around helping all the graduates and their families. They couldn’t have been nicer. Sugar would melt! When we asked for a late check out, our Manager, Ms Ruby, was happy to accommodate us. She runs a tight ship and obviously, hires only the best people. I lament that good service these days is almost non existent. Well I found it at Springhill Suites in Atlanta Ga! Don’t think about it, just book it.
