Conditions of the hotel are really good. It is very comfortable. The pool, the golf playground. But it has a problem with service. The housekeeping is almost none. I stayed 7 nights and 2 of them they did not appeared. I told them the 1st. night it happened and the answer was they rest that day?.The other they only made beds and take garbage. The first night I found the dishes dirty. (One glass with fungus). So I prefer not to use dishes. The carpet with small garbage on it. You get tired of the breakfast. And in the evenings you can not gind coffee. (In other homewoods you find hot water and coffee all day long). It was funny, but for the only thing the employees hurry up, was to take breakfast (the food nobody eat) at 9 or 10 when they hurry to close it. I think that is good but not the way they are doing it. The only kind people I found there was one that speak spanish. At the reception or lobby, you have to look for them because they have to do other activities instead. I asked (2 days) for quarter dollars for laundry machine and the 2nd. day the given answered was go to the gas station and get the change. I think that is not a good attitude service. (Even though they tell me the first day they will have it next day) If this hotel makes changes: first of all in the housekeeping and then in good service, it could be at the same level of the homewood suites all over the world. I want to believe, hat the reason of the bad service is because they have only few employees.
