One of the better hotels I've stayed in. If we consider the price - probably the best. First things first, the location of the hotel is extremely good. It is just off the busy area along the east bank of the river with incredible views of the mountains. The area is calm, but not "dead" and is a quite popular spot for tourists to take photos. So you will have some street-life outside - but no nightclubs. In addition to this it's connected to a popular restaurant that also serves the breakfast. It was stacked with groups most nights, and the food was nice although I usually ate the breakfasts (the big bowl of Chinese noodles almost kept me going the whole day). The service was exceptional, I had most contact with Kevin, and he booked taxis, ordered food, managed laundry and answered questions with applomb. The rest of the staff was also very helpful. They were easily reached through the popular Chinese chat app that you practically need for payments around town. Hotels.com does censor the name though. The room was clean, large and had its own balcony with morning sun and views over the peaks. It was almost too good, I wouldn't have been too disappointed even if I hadn't been able to leave the room. The toilet unfortunately is the type where you're not supposed to flush paper - but that isn't too unusual. The shower was big and well. equipped.

Basically the hotel was in charge to clean our clothes. They said that they took out clothes for a laundry company and in the end my I lost more than 200€ in clothes, because it shrink a lot. When I went to them with my clothes they said my clothes went to a lady to clean it manually. I felt betrayed to be honest and also I felt they didn’t respect my belongings. About the rest, the rooms was ok, no complains about it, the place also very good situated, but the rest made me do the check out one day before, because I felt very bad about the situation. And also in the day of the check out, they didn’t even look me in the eyes to ask apologies.

It was convenient for visiting Yangshuo town, being practically across the road from the waterfront. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant downstairs was very good, especially the fact that it was not too heavy on the oil.

Stayed there with my parents, 2 rooms across from each other. Very helpful and friendly staff, restaurant on first floor was very good. Getting massaged in the room was weird but the massage itself was great.

We did enjoy our stay at Yangshuo River View Hotel where we received excellent service from the staffs which were very friendly, courteous and helpful. There were four staffs that we'd praised, they are 小李，文文，甘琳 and 伍亜軍，they were extremely helpful and informative. We'd highly recommend to our friends of this hotel.

We’ve just had the most amazing stay at the river view hotel, the staff are super welcoming and friendly, the rooms are beautifully decorated, the beds are super comfortable, the location is amazing, food in the restaurant is fabulous! And Yangshuo is a beautiful place….we actually ended up extended our room for an extra day and changing our train because we didn’t want to leave!!! Don’t hesitate to book you won’t regret it

Couldn't have had a better experience

When we got there, we were offered a different room with a better view so we had to accept. All the staff are very friendly and the breakfast in the morning was amazing! They have a restaurant that gets quite busy and they offered us priority seating since we were guests of the hotel. The room was very clean and cozy and the bathroom looking fantastic! The location is also perfect because everything is so close by. If you plan on visiting the area, this is DEFINITELY the right hotel!

Staff was efficient and keep in communication with me quickly for my inquiries. Check in was easy and fast. No elevator for the hotel as its only up to the 4th floor. No ref in room. Easy access to West street and coming in from the Li River Cruise from Guilin, didnt need a car to get here.

Highly Recommended Hotel

excellent location at the end of the touristy West Street. The beautiful Li River is right in front of the hotel. It has its own restaurant on the ground floor that offered very very good food at a decent price. You may see lots of visitors came for dinner. It is always full. The restaurant closed at 9:30 and the whole hotel was very quiet. Highly recommended

It is an old style building. We booked a big room with a tea sitting corner and balcony. We did not enjoy them be a sues it is too hot and humid. Dining and shopping is very convenient. It is located in end of Xi Jie. Cars can drop off in front of the hotel. Very nice place

Amazing location, within 2-3 blocks walking distance from the dock from the Li river cruise! It’s located within easy walking distance to the Yangshuo West Street and Xijie pedestrian street. The bonus is the restaurant that is located on the main floor of the hotel - it’s known to be one of the best restaurants in the area and is always busy! The staff are very friendly, professional and helpful (many of them speak very good English too). I appreciate the housekeeping staff who gave me extra vanity kits after realizing I like to have one extra, as well as the front desk staff who helped bring my very heavy luggage up the stairs! It is a little noisy with the restaurant below but the room is comfortable and quaint feeling. The room itself was clean and with working air conditioning. I absolutely love the tea room next to the window! I would stay here again next time im in Yangshuo!

Buen hotel, vistas bonitas, restaurante

El hotel tiene unas habitaciones muy bonitas, amplias, con camas cómodas y unas vistas preciosas, tanto al río como a la montaña. Además dispone de restaurante, muy buena la comida. Nos ayudaron para realizar varias excursiones por la zona, incluso informándonos antes de llegar. También nos facilitaron el alquiler de bicicletas. Buen detalle el de dejar botellas de agua y té cada día. También te cambian todos los días las toallas. Además está al lado de la zona principal para poder pasear bien sea de día o de noche cuando también hay mucho ambiente.

Loved my stay there. There is no lift however a gentleman brought my suitcase to the flat so this did not bother me . The team there speak English . I was there only for 1 night and I came hungry and the lady had my noodle ready for me before I head out . They also arrange the airport shuttle for me .
