Zimmer sind klein aber genug Platz für eine Person, saubere Bettwäsche. Kissen sind unbequem. Dusche zu klein. Zu laut von draussen und von neben Zimmer, kann man alles hören. Die Unterkunft war kompliziert, in der Sinn der Uhrzeit. Von 14 bis 18:30 ist geschlossen und muss man es warten bis wieder Öffnung, die finde sehr unpraktisch. Die Mitarbeiter fehlt Qualifikationen um die Dokumentation auszufüllen. Und sehr unangenehm karachter und unnötig Sarkasmus. Ich kann passen die Kleinigkeiten von Zimmern aber die schlechte trato al cliente nicht. Ich kann leider nicht weiter empfehlen

Goed hostel voor een stedentrip.

Wij hebben hier 2x overnacht tijdens een stedentrip in Cuenca en dat is ons goed bevallen. Behoudens een ruime kamer, een goed bed en schoon sanitair biedt het hostel niets extra’s maar dat vonden wij ook niet nodig. Parkeren in een parkeergarage is een must. De wandeling naar de bezienswaardigheden in de oude stad is een ‘kuitenbijter’. Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding.

Check-in - Disruption in the afternoon

This is a feedback for Hotels.com: the email about the interrupted check-in in the afternoon came at 20pm in the evening when we had already checked in. Had we known in advance we could have planned not to arrive in the afternoon time when the hostel is closed. Also the indicated timing was wrong the re-opening is at 6pm and not at 5pm. It would be great if this could be updated.
