Expect nothing in the kitchen. Not even salt and pepper. Moldy walls. Took 3 days to get internet service. Sheets and floor were clean but the air-conditioning vented out a open window Took 2 days to cool down

En premier, les photos ne correspondent pas à l’état de l’appartement. L’appartement n’est pas dans cet état : dégât des eaux dans le plafond du séjour avec coulures sur les murs, la salle de bain a été repeinte et la peinture et partie par endroit, la cuisine avec des portes manquantes sans grille de hotte… En second il y avait un échafaudage à notre arrivée le samedi sur la façade côté cour et nous avons bien compris pourquoi le lundi matin à 8 heure, car toute la semaine nous avons eu des travaux, provoquant aussi un dégât des eaux arrivé par la hotte de la cuisine (eaux pleine de graisse). Très mauvais séjour… Nous avons entamé une démarche de remboursement.

- appartement sale et insalubre: le ménage n’a pas été fait malgré nos réclamations (nos chaussettes étaient noires au bout de 2h, il y avait des petits cailloux, la vaisselle n'était pas propre, il y avait le plastique d'un rasoir jetable sur la baignoire, d'anciens draps encore présents dans le canapé lit, il y a 1 seule serviette par personne ...) - ⁠photos de l'annonce améliorées ne reflétant pas la réalité ⁠(personnes avec problèmes respiratoires s’abstenir : gros problème d'humidité, voir les photos) - annonce pas fiable (pas de chaussons par exemple ou encore nous sont demandés des frais supplémentaires vs ce que nous indique booking). - on vous demande de payer les taxes de séjour sinon on ne vous envoie pas les informations pour récupérer votre logement. - il n'y a pas d'adresse exacte. Vous vous retrouvez donc à vivre une chasse au trésor dès votre arrivée avec vos bagages. - tous les matins à 8h (sur 4 nuits) la sonnette vous réveille sans personne à la porte ... - nos avons demandé malgré ce que nous avons vécu une faveur concernant nos bagages au départ. Leur retour a été le même de tout le voyage : nous allons voir avec le service de ménage ! Il faut croire que l'appartement est géré par le service de ménage ! - aucun retour sur une demande de dédommagement via hôtel.com auquel ils ne répondent même pas! Conclusion : à part l'emplacement qui pour le coup est top, je déconseille car aucune prestation n'est respectée ! Le prix est donc exorbitant !

Fue un buen lugar para hospedarse sobre todo por la gran ubicación, muy cerca de todo. La comunicación con el host fue la mejor, siempre atento y eficiente. Falta un poco de limpieza en el baño y el colchón necesita ser renovado por uno en mejor estado. Fuera de eso todo excelente
