An excellent hotel. Clean, modern and centrally located. Tea & coffee is available in rooms and in the lobby. Fruit too! Breakfast is high quality and good value. The Jackson Cafe is excellent too, particularly the deli sandwiches. Staff are very helpful. They organised a taxi at 3 am to take me to the airport. Excellent location.

Hotel is in an excellent location, attached to the art gallery and a very short walk from the Rideau center. It is across from a homeless shelter, so plan your route accordingly and request directions from the front desk. We really loved the room. The layout was interesting and it was extremely comfortable (though they’ve packed the fridge with items for purchase so it’s not very useful. If you bring your own). The only issue we had, was that our room was not made up even when we set the light to Green to request it.
