8/10 Very good

Very convenient location and a good spacious room with a big bed, but the shower area was a bit scruffy and could do with some maintenance. An all round good stay. I'd stay again.

6/10 Good

Have to check yourself in. While it’s by no means difficult, we arrived and the door was locked. We had to go around to the restaurant/bar connected to the lobby and they almost wouldn’t let us in as they had just closed. Once on it was fine. There’s something to be said for having a reception clerk on duty. The room was very nice, comfortable and quiet. The in-room tea/coffee/water station is quite hidden. We didn’t even see it until we were leaving.

breakfast buffet was plentiful, room was cute, location is great as it’s close enough to walk or metro/tram anywhere in the city but a little bit away from the most busy tourist areas
