The apartment is located at the back of the property, away from the street. To reach it, you first need the owner’s assistance to enter through one locked gate, then walk along a long corridor to a second locked gate. As a result, the apartment is somewhat tucked away from the street. There is no reception or service desk on-site, so you need to inform the owner of your arrival time to ensure that someone is available to let you into the complex. I was initially in contact with the owner, but Roberta handled our arrival. She was extremely helpful and explained everything very clearly, which made the check-in process easy. The room itself was fine—nothing fancy, but clean and well maintained. The fridge is very small, so there is limited space for storing food or drinks. The location was good, with easy access to the city centre and the boats, making it convenient for getting around and exploring the area.
