The staff was polite and the room was clean. But it was very stinky, I mean, it smells like sewage. Couldn’t figure it out cuz it Looked clean. Terrible smell. Other than that, it was good.

今回、マンションタイプのお部屋でしたが、広さも清潔さもあって、必要な物も揃っていて満足でした！ 周辺もコンビニやスタバ、食べる所もあって、何も不自由しないところが良かったです！ また沖縄に行く際は泊まらせていただきたいです！

建物は新しく全体的に清潔だが、清掃がイマイチであった。また宜野湾と言うローカルな立地ながら後付けで駐車場代¥800✖️2泊取られた。 事前に言っておいてもらえれば良かったのにと言いながらたまたま1箇所空いてるので、そこでお願いします。と言われたが駐車場の利用は5割ぐらい。文句言ってやろうかと思ったが常駐してはおらず。そもそもエクスペディアの申込には駐車場の事は書いてなかったための事なのだが‥

浴室乾燥付きが良かったです。子供３人連れての宿泊で足音を気にしましたが、ホテル側の配慮があったのか下は駐車場だったので良かったです。カーテンも遮光で光が入らずグッスリ眠れました。夜は、バイクの音がすごくて静かとは言えませんが、許容範囲ですね。１週間ちょいありがとうございました。またよろしくお願い致します🙇‍♀️

昨年に続き2度目の宿泊。チェックイン後は人と会うこともなく、鍵をポストに入れてチェックアウトなので、自由に行動でき気兼ねなく良かった。室内は清潔で必要最低限のものは揃っているので、良いが、WiFiがないのと、少しベッドが固かったのが残念だった。

スタッフの方がとても親切で居心地よかったです。立地もバスに乗るにはとても便利だし、スーパーも徒歩圏内、さらにスタバ、マクドナルド、丸亀、モスバーガーなど困ることはありません。 ひとつお願いしたいのは掃除機を掃除していて欲しかった。。掃除機かけた瞬間、埃の臭い…他には言うことなしでよかったのでまたぜひ利用したいです！

予約した時に、那覇のハーバービューマンションの本部で手続きをしてくださいとあったので、直接行ってチェックイン手続きが出来ないのかと思っていたら、別のことで聞きたいことがあって、チャットで質問したら、直接宜野湾のマンションで良いとの回答があり、助かりましたが、聞いていなかったら、那覇の本部に行ってたので、きちんと最初からそのようにして欲しいと思った。 キッチンに、簡単な料理が出来る様に色々と揃っていたが、普通の大きさのビニール袋(大きいゴミ用はあった)があると良いと思った。 雨が降って濡れた服とかを浴室乾燥で乾かせたのは良かった。
