Good job for all the staff. I am not a fan of dogs lingering around the resort especially in the dining area and barked loudly every now and then. I understand the resort owners owns the dogs. This is a business establishment, not a kennel resort. Wouldโ€™ve been nice if they were kept distance away from resort guests at all time. I wouldโ€™ve enjoyed my stay entirely if not for the dogs. Other than that, staff did an awesome job to make my stay comfortable.

Rooms are clean, big and AC works well. The shower was a good temperature and the pool looked nice though we didnโ€™t use it. Staff were very friendly. We didnโ€™t eat at the restaurant so canโ€™t comment. The location is ok, a little bit of a walk to get to the beach but it didnโ€™t worry us (and we knew this when booking). The room itself the deluxe double was in a nice spot with pool view though the restaurant looked straight into the room so felt like we were never really private unless the curtains were closed.

We booked a triple room. At first, we were shown a room that seemed smaller than the one shown in the photos when we made our reservation. When we explained our concern, the staff kindly showed us another room, which was more spacious. On our first night, there was a very strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom. When we asked if anything could be done, the staff responded immediately. We still noticed a slight smell for the next two days, but when we explained the situation to the staff when they came to clean our room on the third day, everything was completely resolved after the cleaning. Other than that, everything was absolutely five-star for us. We were very satisfied with our stay. The food at the hotel restaurant was excellent. In fact, we found the pasta even better than the pasta at some of the popular Italian restaurants in the busy Alona Beach area. By the end of our stay, we felt that we could have happily eaten all our meals at the hotel. We were especially grateful to Anette at the reception desk. When the island-hopping tour we had booked through a tour company was cancelled, she kindly helped us negotiate with the company. Thanks to her help, the issue was finally resolved. I donโ€™t think we could have sorted it out without her. All of the staff were always kind, courteous, and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Bohol. We would also be happy to book our tours through the hotel next time.

Nice room and pool area. Bed was firm. Cold water only in washbasin. Toilet seat loose and reported on arrival but still not fixed after 5 days despite reminder. Hotel is surrounded by water land and building sites and does not have easy access to beach. Main road is difficult to walk on to get to local town as no pavement and surfaces very uneven.

Lovely big rooms and a very well maintained resort. It has its own pool but you can also use the pool/jacuzzi/swim-up bar of the sister resort next door. Itโ€™s easily walkable to both the beach and main stretch of Alona Beach. I only had breakfast once but it was reasonably priced and very speedy. The only slightly negative is that the road immediately outside the resort is paved but the roads that link everywhere else are unpaved/rocky tracks and not very well lit at night. Itโ€™s not the most comfortable if arriving by taxi/tricycle.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff is efficient. You can access a bigger pool in the connected hotel which is very nice as well.
