We had a great stay. The owner was very welcoming and helpful, providing a lot of great recommendations and was available to contact with any questions. We appreciated the airport transfer option (additional cost). The room was nice, clean, and exactly what we needed. You cannot beat the location either, being right in Diocletian s Palace. Highly recommend for anyone.

Our host, Falcon, was an incredibly friendly and welcoming person. He kindly picked us up from the airport at a very competitive price, making our arrival smooth and hassle-free. This was a very nice place to stay! It is super central in the Palace area of Split. It is not a hotel but just a very cool room with a nice bathroom, so if you are looking for a hotel experience it is not for you. However the room was very nicely done and very comfortable and great amenities. The whole area is pretty noisy at night, but with the windows and shutters shut not as much. But earplugs are nice if you are light sleeper. Our host was very responsive and provided us transportation to the airport very early in the morning at a very reasonable cost.

Mladen was absolutely incredible to deal with from check-in, check-out, parking, ideas on what to visit, and availability for any inquiries or questions. We very highly recommend this accommodation!! The location was amazing, the cleanliness and condition of the accommodation was perfect, Mladen brought our vehicle to us and picked up based on any schedule that met our plans, and very friendly. Our stay here was incredible!

Perfect location in Split

Excellent choice for a visit to Split! The location is excellent, right in the heart of the old town, so you can walk to everything. Yet it’s also very quiet at night (room 2). The room was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Communication with Mladen was great, who provided lots of recommendations and even a welcome drink. Would definitely stay again.

Great apartment, great location.

Mladen, the host, was extremely accommodating and helpful with recommendations. He even met us and parked our car for us, providing inexpensive overnight parking. The apartment was clean and perfectly located within the old city. When leaving, he provided suggestions for a gorgeous beach on our way to the next stop, and restaurants along our way.

The host was extremely helpful, we had car troubles and he came and picked our car up and brought it to the parking spot as well as dropped our car back to us at both 6am one day as well as driving us to the airport at 4:30am another. He suggested multiple cool places to visit and good restaurants. One of the best experiences we have have had in terms of hotels. This is the first review I’ve written. 100% recommend this host.

This was one of those Vacations we were just getting a room for one night, as we were leaving on a Boat the next day! The apartment was small, but beautifully well done, clean, efficient and was one of those moments you remember in Croatia! The owner arranged transportation for me from the airport very last minute for a reasonable price and even waited for me when my flight got turned around. The room was just as described, clean and pretty and in a perfect part of old town that was very close, but off of the main square so it was quiet to sleep. There were beverages provided in the room and he messaged me some suggestions for dinner. Great experience all around.

Terrific spot in a tiny street inside the Diocletian Palace. Walkable only but very memorable, with a delicious fresh fish dinner served by the fine, small restaurant outside our door. We would always appreciate, from all self-register accommodation providers, at least two days advance info on access as we travel with email but not telephone. Day-of access can be probalematic if not seen in advance!

We stayed two nights. The location was fantastic and easy to stop in as you’re running around Old town to drop things off or use a free WC. Room 2 is smaller than Room 1 and I noticed Room 1 has two nice chairs to sit in. We stayed in Room 2, which is at the back of the building and looks out into a tiny alleyway. Room 1 looks out into the street area but there are no cars in the palace so not a big deal. Can’t beat this location! The property manager (owner?) sent us a nice video before hand to explain how to get into the place and open the main door with the keypad. We also received several suggestions on where to eat, get coffee and go while in the city. The room was open for us when we arrived a little before official check in (which was appreciated!). We really enjoyed this room. It’s a great combination of modern amenities while still keeping older (historic) feel with the stone walls and is decorated well. Water get’s really hot and it has good pressure! The bed is a little more firm that I’d prefer but not terrible and we did have trouble with the AC unit’s remote not working consistently but nothing terrible enough to give less than 5 stars!

Excellent hotel for reasonable price

I spent 4 nights and wish I could have stayed for longer. The bed was super comfortable. The location is ideal—just 1 minute from a main street and surrounded by good restaurants. The room itself is charming, with stone walls and windows that open out to the street/alley. I didn’t find it too noisy—although the alley in front is bustling with restaurants and outside diners, with the shutters and windows closed, I could barely hear anything.
