O quarto era perfeitamente adequado às nossas necessidades, 2 camas king size para 2 adultos e 2 crianças. Quarto bem limpo todos os dias. AC funcional e outras comodidades existentes como o frigorifico. Notável algum "wear and tear" de um hotel construido em 1976 e que teve remodulações em 2017. Buracos em algumas paredes, com fios à mostra e acessíveis a crianças. Notavelmente está muita gente no hotel. Relativamente à comida, foi suficientemente boa mas não espetacular para um hotel de 4 estrelas. Alguma variedade mas a qualidade nem sempre presente, no entanto as pizzas são muito boas. Ao jantar de uma das noites não houve baos para toda a gente...inaceitável na minha opinião. No geral, por todos os serviços, piscinas com escorregas, transfer e proximidade com a praia 4 em 5 é adequado, mas poderia ser melhor.

Pouca variedade na alimentação, deixando a sensação de que falta aquele toque especial que transforma as férias em algo memorável. A animação é fraca, sobretudo quando comparada com a do Hotel Mazagón, do mesmo grupo apesar de o jogo aquático dos colchões na água ser realmente muito bom e trazer momentos divertidos. Podiam apostar mais: músicos a tocar e cantar, um pequeno circo, magia de qualidade, um Teatro Musical… coisas que fazem as famílias sentir que estão num lugar onde tudo acontece. O parque aquático, embora seja uma boa oferta, fica longe das piscinas, obrigando as crianças a atravessar o parque de estacionamento e isso tira um pouco da magia e da despreocupação que se espera num hotel pensado para famílias. De resto, na minha opinião, o hotel está bom e tem potencial para ser ainda melhor.

Trniamos pension completa y la cena y el.desayuno salimos fuera.porque era una pena.Las instalaciones seria buenas hace 40 años pero hoy 0 puntos. Es un hotel de 3 estrellas como maximo y siendo generosa. No volvere en mi vida. Pague 235 euroa por noche....como un hotel en condiciones y fue una caca

Comida horrorosa, poca variedad y algunas carnes, sopas, etc no de muy buen sabor Las colas para acceder al comedor interminables, mucha espera, muchas espera para pedir en la cafetería y en la piscina de los toboganes el kiosko no está siempre abierto es un engorro tener que ir de un lado a otro a pedir, también tener que entrar a la cafetería si estás en la piscina. Muy muy mal ubicadas las estancias del hotel Mucho calor dentro del hotel, comiendo, en hall.... Lo único bueno las habitaciones aunque la limpieza diaria brilla por su ausencia

La comida fatal siempre lo mismo...la limpieza diaria fatal estira la cama quita la bolsa de basura del cuarto de baño y yasta no limpia ni cristales ni cambia toalla ni limpia cuarto de baño..avía una araña en la esquina de la cortina y ay SA quedao 4 día de mi estancia.la bebida aguada sin gas malísima solo azúcar sabia la Cocacola ...otra cosa nama entrar la recesionista me explicó las cosa rapidísima ke ni te entera yle pregunté y me contestaba de malas maneras ...no tenía ganas de trabaja la mujer....para el precio que se paga no merece la pena
