I stayed here for three days and wish I could’ve gotten better rest. Aside from the noises of other guests, the bed itself was lumpy and likely worn out. When I first checked in, the cleaning seemed rushed and there was a cigarette left in the windowsill. I noticed the staff and the cleanliness was not an issue afterward. The cleaning staff were actually very friendly and responsive. The location is great.

Great stay

Really enjoyed our stay - basic, clean and comfortable rooms, and really friendly helpful service from the receptionists and porters. Location can’t be beaten - just moments from the zocalo on a popular street. Only bugbears to note is there is a bit of street noise (but nothing too bad), and more significantly we couldn’t find a wifi network in our room (third floor), so had to use wifi in the common areas. Ok for a short stay but would get tiresome for a longer stay or if you had to do any work online.
