Im very please for choosing Real Alma Hotel ! Its not too big not to small, great location! 5 blocks from the Zocalo or the Jardin, we got the balcony rooms , (just keep it in mind it’s downtown so it might get noisy during the day, but no worries you will be busy seeing the city or the other nearby places) We had breakfast included it was very good as well! I’m so happy of my experience that I’m planning to go back as soon as possible!

Great location and overall the hotel was nice. It has a quaint restaurant on the roof top where you can eat breakfast. The staff were friendly and attentive. The only two downsides is the hotel does not have an elevator and the coffee they gave at the breakfast was very bad quality.

The room was immaculate! There is AC, heat, plenty of sunshine if you get a room with a window. This hotel also has a full breakfast, with traditional Mexican dishes AND American favorites. The breakfast is included in the stay and varied a bit from day to day. Coffee and juice are also provided. You can flush the toilet paper down the toilet 😳! Beautiful terrace (used for breakfast, but otherwise accessible). The hotel staff were helpful, patient with my broken Spanish and an absolute joy to have! HIGHLY recommend.

This was a great hotel. Very clean and staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking was very easy and accessible. It was close to a lot of restaurants, vendors, and shopping areas within walking distance. Transportation to other towns is right at the corner from the hotel. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Great location just a 10 minute walk to the Zocolo, a couple of blocks from Benito Juarez and 20 de Noviembre markets. Great freshly made breakfast daily, very tasty. Staff are all outstanding—incredibly friendly and helpful.
