Loved this hotel. The location was great, close to everything! The rooms were decorated really nicely and the staff were super friendly. The breakfast / brunch was also great, lots of choice and varied. Also loved the pool area, plenty of sunbeds and the dj playing some chilled tunes was a really nice touch. I will definitely return and recommend to others.

Beautiful hotel, super clean and elegant. The breakfast was great and actually unlimited- we went early then returned for an early lunch. All the staff were really helpful especially when it came to booking taxis. Would 100% recommend and would genuinely return. Thanks for a great trip.

Lovely holiday, hotel exactly as described, everything very new and spotlessly clean. All day brunch till 1.30, with breakfast items, pizza, burgers, salad bar nobody rushing you out at 1.30 Pool lovely and quiet, no issue getting a bed. 5 mins to beach. Area and hotel mainly germans and further along towards arenal very busy but hotel area quiet. Alaska bar excellent food, also went to capri and my thai all great.

Amazing hotel!!

Thank you for a great stay! Hotel is new and modern, staff are so friendly and accommodating, food is great and included in the stay, and rooms and shower are fantastic! The pool area is great with a nice DJ in the day, there is also a small gym and bike room. Very nice hotel and great value!

Our stay was fantastic! The staff were amazing from start to finish. The delicious food selection for brunch was brilliant with a huge range to choose from. They even changed the hot options as it got closer to lunch time. Rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated and the pool area was relaxing with a DJ playing and great selection of sun beds, daybeds, beanbags and deckchairs. Would highly recommend and we will be back. Thank you!

Not taking anything away from the friendliness of the staff however the management needs to take a hard look at how they run the organisation. I booked a double room. Correct me if I’m wrong, but shoving two single beds together does not constitute to a double bed The shower was hit and miss. However, I’m sure this post will be ignored by the powers that be until it impacts on their profits.

Décevant – problèmes d’eau et objet disparu

Nous avons été assez déçus par notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout d’abord, l’eau de la salle de bain avait une odeur et un goût très douteux, au point de se demander si elle était réellement potable. C’est un point très inquiétant, surtout pour un établissement de ce standing. Mais le plus préoccupant reste qu’un de nos vêtements (un short) a disparu de notre chambre après le passage du service de ménage un matin. Nous avons immédiatement contacté la réception pour signaler le problème, mais aucune action concrète n’a été entreprise. Aucun retour, aucune recherche sérieuse, et aucune solution proposée. Cela nous amène malheureusement à suspecter un vol, ce qui est inacceptable. Nous espérions une meilleure expérience et un service plus sérieux. Nous ne reviendrons pas.
