The room has nothing to do with the photo in the ad. I chose the deluxe room and there is nothing deluxe. Terrible room, small, cramped, I called reception at 10pm to ask for service in the kitchen and they said they didn't have that time as the menu says until 12pm. I don't recommend it and I won't stay there again.

Fomos colocados em um quarto bem diferente das fotos que vi aqui no site. Um quarto antigo, com mobiliário precário e o ar condicionado/aquecedor com problemas de funcionamento. Por fim a piscina e a jacuzzi estavam interditadas para manutenção, porém não fomos avisados. A experiência foi tão ruim que solicitamos a troca das nossas diárias no Sky Valle para o Sky Premium. Lá a realidade foi bem diferente. Quartos novos e piscina e jacuzzi em perfeito funcionamento. No fim das contas a estadia no Sky Premium foi boa, porém do Sky Valle só se salva a vista e o café da manhã, que é excelente, melhor até do que o do Sky Premium

Gostei muito do hotel. Está em excelentes condições. A vista era linda, a equipe muito prestativa, em especial o recepcionista que nos recebeu… adorei a pet que fica na recepção também. O café da manhã é excelente. Tenho apenas duas observações a fazer: 1• achei caro o valor do estacionamento. Geralmente hotéis de campo, litorâneos ou de serra não cobram estacionamento… geralmente essa cobrança é feita por hotéis urbanos, mas ok. 2• o travesseiro é muito fino e ruim. Nada confortável. Mesmo com essas duas observações eu recomendo muito o hotel. Adorei!

Somos clientes antigo da rede, mais infelizmente essa última experiência não foi boa, o café da manhã é perfeito a propriedade em si são boas... Mais a piscina não está funcionando poderia ter avisado , cobrar 80,00 de estacionamento e mais taxa sobre esse valor por vaga aberta sem.manobrista e nada foi ruim, e o pior são os vendedores de cotas na porta do café te cuidando esperando sair pra oferecer algo que nao queremos, eles me seguiram até o carro hj.. se a rede continuar a exercer o preço de estacionamento e deixar eles importunarem os hóspedes, iremos procurar outro lugar,,, no Valle qdo ficamos ganhamos UP grade e dessa vez deixaram na porta do elevador com todo o barulho possível... Então para próxima estadia primeiro vou ligar pra saber se está tudo funcionando se o estacionamento é o mesmo valor e se tem pessoal vendendo cotas, pq desse jeito vão perder um bom cliente

Deixou muito a desejar no que se diz a respeito de cobranças e taxas, quando cheguei a propriedade tive que pagar R$30,00 +10% da hospedagem em um estacionamento que não tinha vaga suficiente, não era coberto e não havia serviço de vallet.
