Nice, old school property in a nice riverside location. Very short walk to the train station and an easy walk into Oxford. Breakfast was very good as well. Be aware that there is no lift/elevator nor is there air-conditioning or mini fridges in the rooms.

We were most welcomed on our arrival, everything was explained as regards to amenities. The breakfasts certainly set you up for the day, they were well presented and freshly cooked and came to the table hot, which was bonus. a great find! Despite the roadworks this hotel was quiet and very conveniently located for the new theatre. We even managed two different circular walks along the canals and rivers in different directions from the hotel. Parking was included as well as a great breakfast. would definately stay again!
