Worst experience we have ever had. DO NOT STAY HER

Absolute nightmare of a stay. We emailed before booking this as we were staying for many nights and then planned to come back in 13 days time. They said we could leave our bags thwre and that it was no problem. We have the email to show. The evening we planned to leave, they informed us whoever told us that had lied to us. The manager would not do anything. This cost us thousands in extea baggage fees over our trip. Rooms were not serviced, no fresh towels or anything in 4 days, and the customee service was the worst I have ever dealt with.

Trevlig och rent. Vi bodde i annexet. Lite tjatigt att gå till frukost på hotellet och att gå/åka till receptionen och lämna nyckeln. Frukosten var under all kritik. Äggröra som var en hård äggstanning, bacon som simmade i fett, gammalt smuligt bröd, saker tog slut och fylldes inte på och överhuvudtaget ingen omtanke om helheten.

Väldigt trevligt boende som är perfekt för tre vuxna! Fint kök och trevliga rum. Lite äldre badrum men rent och fint. Kort promenad till hotellet och god frukostbuffé. Elektronisk höj- sänkbar huvudände på sängen men funkade tyvärr inte. Vi bor gärna här igen nästa gång vi är i Eksjö!
