The hotel was very nice and clean. The check in was independent and the simple (using a door code).

6/10 Good

We had a bit of a hiccup on arrival as the mobile they sent the check-in instructions broke and we didn't get the instructions. Trying to get them resent, the staff (or owners, not sure) were more focused about proving to us that they had already sent them, rather than just resending them to the new mobile. Thankfully, another guest opened the main door for us. The room was perfectly nice and clean, except for a horrible smell of sewage coming out of the bathroom. Plugging the sink and shower helped a bit. I hope it's something that can be fixed. There's plenty of parking, the area seems quiet and safe - we'd definitely recommend the place for a convenient sleeping base around Coventry/Warwick.

Overall the room is clean and tidy. The shower is slightly moldy and some other resident of the guesthouse may sometime block the entrance of the inner car park. It would be great if the guesthouse could put more clear sign to ask people park at the inner car park instead of the outer one.

Room was lovely & perfect for me as travelling for work. Could’ve perhaps used a dust in places & there were tea splashes on the wall near the kettle but overall was clean. Will be staying here again as ideal location for my office.

8/10 Very good

A well presented room in a quiet location on the outskirts of Coventry, convenient for all major sites in the city and the business park. Check-in info was sent only an hour before earliest arrival, which was a little stressful. Access is entirely by lock box and door codes; didn't meet another person during my entire stay. My room was in the annex at the side of the property, which was very peaceful apart from short bursts around 6pm and 7am as cars entered and exited the car park (the access path goes between the main building and the annex). The room was clean and well presented apart from a large cobweb shelf above the tea station. The biscuits provided along with a selection of hot drinks were most appreciated. Bed was comfy. Bathroom had a few hard water stains but was otherwise clean and comfortable. The heated towel rack was a nice bonus. Local food options are the pub down the road and the Chinese takeaway next door (not Mondays). There was a vending machine with snacks in the main building when I stayed last year but didn't check this time. Chief complaint is that the heater was not controllable by us. The displayed temperature was 18C when I arrive, dropping to nearly 17C when I woke up, and it felt cold whenever I touched it. Duvet was sufficient, however. All in all good value for money. Would stay again.

This is self checkin but that worked well. It worked well for me, was clean, and comfortable. I would use again.

8/10 Very good

Clean comfortable single room with well appointed bathroom and toilet en suite. Shower worked well. Tea and coffee provided mug, kettle and glass for drinking.Towels and toiletries very good. Ample parking well laid out with allocated room number on the car park space. Cosy bed. Safe area and Chinese next door convenient for takeaway. Reasonable prices. Room needs a fan though, would advise anyone staying in summer to bring one as it's not great to leave windows open in Covemtry! Bins outside need emptying and detract from outside sitting space. All in all would definitely recommend. Quiet house secure and safe. Hassle free stay.

8/10 Very good

Room was clean and bed comfortable, quite a small room but good for what we needed for 1 night, easy parking and a quiet night, kettle with tea bags etc, easy entry to building and room. Only 1 negative was that there was mould on ceiling in bathroom so obviously poor ventilation, I opened window in bathroom while showering and that helped but obviously over time it hasn’t been well ventilated. Would definitely stay again when that way.
