It was so convenient. Super chill. Room was small but it was just for a night. I was able to extend my departure for 6pm which took the stress of my trip. Staff were really accommodating and friendly. Felt safe specially when traveling alone even if it was just for an overnight stay. Definitely a relaxing experience and a recommended option. 10/10 would come back.

I like that train station is 6 minutes away. Staff was definitely not helpful. Room was very small and humid, smelled very bad. I had questions about the location, requested a map, staff didn't help at all. No one speaks English or Spanish. They didn’t even try helping to communicate.

Quarto barulhento de frente pra um parque e a linha amarela, na descrição da reserva eu pedi um quarto silencioso. A limpeza deixou a desejar, depois de vários pedidos pra trocar de quarto, consegui no segundo dia na parte da tarde. Os funcionários são cordiais, mas o quarto é minúsculo não tem frigobar e telefone. Não corresponde ao valor cobrado pela a diária.
