Unbelievable bad service. From check-in to have someone hitting my door very strongly and opened it at 8 AM. I was sleeping naked. They banged very strongly and never allowed any time to respond before opening the door. I pushed it back and locked it. It was an awful way for someone to wake me up. I had trouble sleeping and meetings with Asia and needed to drive long hours. I couldn't fall asleep again. It was unsafe for me to drive. I had to make so many stops for coffee and washing my face. Endless day. The hotel should really invest on training the staff to avoid such episodes from ever happening again.

Reservei um quarto quádruplo, porém quando cheguei no quarto o mesmo era extremamente pequeno para 3 pessoas ....encontrei várias formigas ao redor do frigobar.. 10 minutos após matei uma barata....toalhas encardidas.....Café da manhã com muita comida doce.....enfim farei todo o esforço pra nao voltar....Horrível!!!!

Ficamos um dia no hotel. O quarto é bom, porem estava frio e estavamos em 4, Tinhamos cobertor pra duas pessoas. quando pedimos mais cobertores disseram que não tinha disponivel. mas acredito que em uma situação dessas eles tinham que liberar cobertores pra quantidade de pessoas instaladas no hotel, e não foram atrás de conseguir ou ver se tinha a mais em outros quartos, acabamos tendo uma noite desconfortavel. O café da manhã tem muita variedade, porém no dia também não tinha manteiga disponivel. A piscina estava sem agua e creio que por conta do inverno mas acho que deveria ser avisado isso nos anuncios do hotel.

Tivemos vários problemas em 6 dias de estadia. Ferro de passar roupa que nos emprestaram e queimou uma roupa. Chuveiro que sempre quando era mais tarde não aquecia. Secador de cabelo que disseram não saber onde estava quando precisei. Máquina de bebidas quentes sempre desabastecida no café da manhã. Demora para reabastecer alimentos no café da manhã, e alguns dias nem leite tinha. Falta de informações com camareiras para arrumação do quarto. Estacionamento muito pequeno o do prédio e o outro muito distante. Dificuldade para acessar canais de tv. Tive um acidente em que a porta do apartamento bateu no meu antebraço, porque não havia nenhuma informação sobre não abrir-la com a porta da varanda aberta. Enfim, não retorno e não recomendo.
