My stay was pleasant, the gym and amenities were great and breakfast was lovely. However service on the 1st day wasn’t great (slow, got my drink order wrong then slow to bring another, ordered food, but it never arrived), but the other days it was good. All staff I encountered were polite, smiley and warm which is great. The room needs some love however, there was a slight smell of damp (I think it’s from the fabric headboard) which was off-putting and small things were needed, like the bathroom needs a deep clean and regrouting. I also had no hot water for the first two days. I would say again, but hope there’s more focus on maintenance in the rooms.

We had a wonderful stay at COMO Uma Canggu. The room was spotless and very well maintained, with housekeeping coming several times a day. Everything throughout the hotel was clean, organized, and beautifully kept. The service was excellent and the staff were very attentive. Great hotel, would stay here again. The pool is incredible, great breakfast options and the restaurant is right on the beach. Great hotel for children with kids menus, kids club, shallow areas in the pool and cots and baby bath provided in the room. We stayed in a one bedroom residence and the hotel provided a cot and a roll away bed for our 1.5 and 4.5 year olds.
