It was the first time i left an hotel after the first night. I booked it based on the reviews but left me disappointed. The staff is great, very nice and helpful, nothing against them. But the hotel conditions aren't the best. In the first room we found bugs and ants, so we were kindly moved to another room that was significantly smaller but a bit cleaner. The problem there was the security, the door didn't lock at all and we had to lock it with our suitcases during the night. As two women, we couldn't even sleep well. We decided to leave in the morning to another hotel because there were too many problems in only one night. We asked for a refund for the rest of the nights not used, getting a denial from the manager saying there is no refund and claming are terms of Expedia, which expedia denied. I am not saying don't go there but you know what you get.

I really enjoyed my stay!

Best part about the hotel was the staff and owner. The owner is also a historical tour guide and provided the most fantastic personal tour. It greatly enriched the experience and immersion into the local culture and extraordinary ancient history of Urfa and Harran. I highly recommend this hotel and absolutely recommend the owner's tour guide services. You will have the most fantastic experience and want to return again ...

Great local hotel

Perfect location to see the highlights. This hotel gives you the chance to experience turkish life. Would definitely stay again. Too bad breakfast is not an option. Staff very helpful and so nice. Sanliurfa is a completely safe area despite what the media says. We were americans and felt welcome and safe.

İki kişilik konaklamamız oldu odalar zaten çok minikti az çok biliyorduk ancak konaklamamızla alakalı eleştirilerde hep şu cevabı almak aşırı rahatsız ediciydi “abla burası beş yıldızlı otel değil bilmem şuradaki yer şu kadar istiyor gecelik”gibi…Eleştirim de şu iki kişilik odaya iki boy havlusu konulur bir tane koymuşlardı.Otelin yıldızıyla alakasız şeylerdi.Giderden aşırı koku geliyordu. Tavanlar taş olduğu ve içeride duşa bağlı rutubet oluşumunu düşünürsek yatakta dökülmüş harç malzemesi görmek normaldi.Yatak örtülerinden kokuya rastlamadım ama lekeler vardı belki geçmemiştir diye düşünüyorum.Genel anlamda zayıf bir işletme.bu fiyata bu kadar hizmet olarak bakmaları aşırı rahatsız ediciydi.

Schöne Herberge, sehr Historisch, schade, dass es kein Frühstück gibt. Im Zimmer hat es keinen Schrank und Abstellmöglickeiten. Ansonsten sehr gemütliche authentische Zimmer, wie aus vergangener Zeit. Das Hotel liegt Nahe an den wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten von Urfa.

Serçe Konak değil Serçe Evi bile değil.

Şehrin çöküntü alanında çok kötü restore edilmiş bir taş ev. Hiç bir zaman konak olmamış ama restorasyon sonrası beton, taş ve briket kırması bir fecaat olmuş. Taş bir oda içine pimapenden banyo-tuvalet yapıp havalandırma düşünmeyen zeka dışkı kokusu içinde bir gece ile tuvalet tutma arası tercihe zorluyor insanı.
