Great stay

Our stay was the third this year at an Ohtels hotel , it was overall a very enjoyable stay, the room was very spacious and the view was 1st class, my only criticism being the pool area not opening until 11am, also the dining room not opening until 8pm, other than that couldn't fault it,

Very big hotel. With lots of activities. What’s disappointing is the fees for adding a person to the room. It’s very expensive and if you ask any amenities that are not in the room, there is a charge. Not happy with that.

El hotel está genial, la gente amable pero es cierto que hay dos puntos donde flojea mucho y pierde bastantes puntos. Los socorristas pasan de todo y van muy a su rollo, genera bastante desconfianza y a esto sumamos el tema de la piscina. Todo el mundo reserva hamacas y nadie hace nada, es imposible disfrutar de la piscina ya que no hay forma de poder sentarte un rato por lo que he dicho, todos guardan sus sitios y se van a comer y a la siesta, y como nadie se hace responsable, buscate la vida. Quitando esos puntos, hemos estado muy bien, la comida muy buena y la gente genial.

La comida ha sido todos los días la misma, pizza, espaguetis, macarrones, bacon, patatas fritas y a la plancha cerdo en todas su versiones. La bebida te la servían cuando ya habías terminado de comer, la habitación sucia, no limpiaban la bañera, no tuvieron con nosotros el detalle de corderos a pesar de tener una júnior suite porque según el recepcionista yo no cumplía los requisitos. Le pregunté cuáles eran y evidentemente se los desmonté todos porque uno de ellos era que no había reservado directamente con ellos cuando nosotros llamamos directamente al hotel para preguntar esta cuestión y nos dijeron que las habitaciones familiares no las gestionaban ellos directamente, que tenía que hacer la reserva a traves de hoteles.com, booking, etc. Es la primera vez en muchos años que no me da pena volver a casa. No repetiré con esta cadena

Esto es la vista desde la terraza de mi habitación con vistas al Mar.
Me gusta andar si es por la naturaleza mejor esta foto es por el paseo marítimo corto para pasear pero bonito
Estás la hice en parque del Toyo si como a mí te gusta andar es maravilloso muy bien cuidado y todo muy verde para la zona te quedas maravillado 😍

Han sido unos días estupendos, el hotel ha estado a la altura de lo que ofrecen, la habitación cómoda, personal muy atento y amable a excepción de la recepción, la cuál en el trato deja mucho que desear, la comida no era demasiado variada pero en general bastante buena, las instalaciones en general bastante bien preparado, es cierto que para los que no nos gusta tomar el sol, la sombra es muy escasa, hay muchas sombrillas, pero no son grandes y apenas dan sombra a 2 hamacas, siendo 4 personas como éramos, por la tarde especialmente, era bastante imposible permanecer tumbados sin morir de calor. Por otro lado, destacar la animación del hotel, el trato impecable, gran valor humano y muy divertidos, destacar sobre todo a Paula, Óscar y África. El personal de barra en la piscina muy detallista, con ganas de agradar. Volveremos.

Diez días de Diez

Una experiencia estupenda. Un personal muy amable, agradable, atento y servicial. La limpieza de 10, con habitaciones limpias, amplias y luminosas, los servicios de las zonas comunes y las mismas siempre limpias. Los jardines , zonas de piscinas, chiringuito y cafetería lo mismo. El bufet muy bueno, variedad y abundancia, (las sopas, cremas y garbanzos a mencionar aparte) siempre reponiendo en pocos minutos las faltas que se producían por el consumo, el personal de cocina muy atento a cualquier incidencia, limpio y aseado. Mención especial para el Sr. encargado de plancha (Lluís) por su buen saber hacer y talante (las sepias colosales). El personal del servicio de comedor sensacional teniendo siempre limpias las mesas de lo usado con rapidez y siempre con una sonrisa y unas maneras muy educadas y amables haciendo que los momentos del "comer" fueran todos los días fiesta. El personal de recepción tan atentos y agradables como sus compañeros, siempre pendientes de la menor incidencia solventándola sin tardanza. El servicio de bármanes tanto en cafetería como en piscina superior. En todo se nota la mano de Daniel, un director al que hemos tenido la oportunidad de conocer personalmente y de agradecerle los diez maravillosos días que hemos pasado en sus instalaciones. Prometemos volver muy pronto y probar las instalaciones del Spa que es lo único que se nos ha quedado atrás, (nos han comentado que es estupendo también), por el lujo de la piscina. MUCHAS GRACIAS POR TODO.
