Hotel was clean and the parking was in a good location. The staff was very friendly, although they were stingy when we asked for ice, and would only give us one extra pillow. The breakfast was amazing with lots of variety. We would definitely return.

Whilst it’s abit from the centre, it’s easy to get to on 2 tram lines that run at frequent times and the stop is outside the hotel. The surrounding area may be industrial however the hotel is clean and modern, the rooms well equipped and tidy. Check in was fine , there’s a bar and restaurant. The breakfast was amazing with a massive range of things and included. Would stay again.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Friendly staff. But quite far away from the downtown. Advantage is that the tram stop is located in front of the hotel. Also small supermarket.

Genuinely polite and kind Staff

I stayed at Vulcan Hotel in Szczecin for one night during my trip around Poland. The location of the hotel is next to a shipyard and there is a tram stop outside the entrance of the hotel. The view of my room was towards the shipyard with cranes, machinery and buildings and I really liked it. I had a double bed room which was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The only issue for me was that the walls and doors are not sound proof so I could listen noise from other guests who were not respectful of the late hours. Breakfast is served at the restaurant next to the lobby and was delicious with many options even for vegans. The staff at the reception and the restaurant was just AMAZING. So authentically polite and kind people without wearing the mask of professionalism. I would definitely recommend it and would definitely return.

This hotel have several problems; like not hot water, dirty bathrooms, undraining baths, not enough breakfast and have bad localization in Szczecin. I do not offer this hotel to anyone, your money would be waste if you make a reservation like me. Nobody helps you in the hotel, I am very dissappointed about this terrrible hotel experience. Please don’t stay in Vulcan Hotel.

Dejligt hotel med en rigtig god beliggenhed i Stettin og god parkering til bilen. Super lækker morgenmadsbuffet med et stort udvalg af scrambled eggs, pølser, kager, brød, ost, pålæg og meget mere. Udvalget varierede lidt fra dag til dag – en dag var der bacon, en anden dag en pastaret osv. Der er også glutenfri muligheder. ❤️ Vi havde et pænt værelse med et nyt badeværelse. Selvom sporvognen kører lige udenfor hotellet, hørte vi intet til den. Hotellet har også en rigtig god restaurant, hvor vi valgte at spise aftensmad to af dagene. Maden var rigtig god, og personalet i restauranten var utrolig venligt. Sporvognen holder lige udenfor hotellet, og det tager kun ca. 10 minutter at komme ind til centrum. Den kører meget ofte, så det er virkelig nemt at komme rundt. En billet koster kun 3 polske zloty for voksne, og man kan betale med Visa-kort i den forreste vogn. Vi lod os ikke skræmme af den ubehjælpsomme medarbejder, der tjekkede os ind om aftenen, da vi ankom. Alle andre medarbejdere, vi mødte under opholdet, var rigtig venlige og imødekommende. Alt i alt et rigtig dejligt ophold, og vi kommer gerne igen!
