The hotel was very close to the plaza El Campo. The one night we ate in the plaza there was a celebration, which was wonderful to observe, while we were eating our dinner in a wonderful restaurant. Food was excellent service was excellent. The Central city of Siena was fun to experience with narrow passages and lots to see.

Fantastic location in Siena and the staff was helpful with everything from extra pillows to arranging cab to train station. Like many hotels in Italy, the bed & shower were a little small, and you need to have an Italy power adapter vs EU.

The hotel is in a great location. In walking distance for all sightseeing. We had a rental car, so parking was about 15 minutes away. You need to be careful about driving into a ZTL (traffic zones), which could result in a fine. (We did not realize this.) Hotel staff informed us of where to park and which streets to avoid the ZTL. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room did not work very well and it was very warm at night. Loved the area. Would stay here again.
