Prompt early check in. Room great, good shower. Comfortable. No hospitality tray in the room but coffee/tea available in the lobby (no charge). Housekeeping efficient. Breakfast buffet great. Check out was midday! Would stay again.

Fantastic stay!

Highly recommend this hotel. It was clean and fresh, comfortable bed and nice overall. The service from the staff was also great. Parking available nearby. Public transportation was close and also alot of great restaurants. Nice bar in the hotel. 10/10 :)

Hotel in one of the best area

Amazing stay. The hotel itself is beautiful and in one of the best locations. 15 mins walk away from city center and in a trendy/hipster/comfortable neighborhood. A lot fine restaurants around. I had best meals. The room is relatively small. The night is cold but you can ask for blanket and heater. Overall, highly recommend!

Location is superb, staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We had 3 nights here, the room was well equipped and the beds are fantastic. Breakfast was exceptional too. Although the tv’s in the room have little to no English speaking shows, this isn’t something that we were bothered about but worth noting for others. I will 100% be using this hotel again in future.

A spotless property in a very hip part of town known as the meatpacking district with many dining options. The buffet breakfast is wonderful. Be aware that the rooms are VERY small without a desk or chair which might pose a problem for business travelers. I would definitely stay here again.

Discovering a new are of town

Different location. easy access to central station and to Metro but other side of the Old town. However, the neighbourghood was very interesting with a lot of new coming restaurants and bars. Enjoyable!

Great stay with family

Great location, great breakfast, front desk was very helpful, room great but for some cleanliness ( lamps dusty, old water in water boiler), but overall we had a great stay here with our family. 10 min walk to metro station and 20 min taxi ride to airport (at 5am). 15-20 min walk to Tivoli.

Very clean and outstanding breakfast options! Would have given excellent rating overall, but our room was next to a loud dance club that pounded music and boisterous patrons until 4 am…even earplugs could not block out. Ask for a room on other side of property if you’re staying over on Friday-Saturday.

A great location and hotel, if you are arriving late let them as it appears complicated to arrive after midnight. Air-con didn't seem to work, we had a junior suite for the space. Pillows were extremely soft and need replacing.
