10/10 Exceptional

It is always a pleasure to stay at this hotel. As a family of four, we find the four-bed room incredibly practical and comfortable, making it an excellent choice for our trips. The location is fantastic, with dessert shops, restaurants, and fast-food outlets just outside the hotel, giving us plenty of dining options within walking distance. The breakfast offers a great variety, and the hotel’s easy access to the motorway makes our journeys smooth and convenient. We always enjoy our stay here and would happily recommend it to families looking for comfort, convenience, and great value.

The room I had is non smoking, however in the after noon there was a strong smoke smell, they changed my room the next day and it had the same smoke smell. Hotel facilities are old and need to be renewed. Breakfast and location are good!

Good but….

The hotel is nice, the breakfast is good and rich, the beds are not very comfortable, room wasn’t very clean as a 4 starts hotel.

4 star hotel, hardly

First positives: the staff is friendly and ready to help. View from 19th floor Caffè/Restaurant is great. MY room was on 17th floor, with a great view, and it was large. Now not so positives: the room carpet and the bathroom walls and floors had stains. Matress and pillows were very poor quality. The sink did not have hot water, i had to shave with cold water. The swimming pool is great, but other stuff like showers and WC needs maintanence. I can not recommend this hotel.
