Myself and a friend stayed here for two nights whilst visiting a festival at La Marina. The hotel is a 5 minute walk along the beach so an ideal place for anyone going to an event there. There are two tram stops, each within a five minute walk. The staff were all very friendly and the rooms were spotless. They gave us a sea view and although you could here a bit if sound from the Beach Club nearby, it didn't interrupt our sleep. The beach itself is enormous and had lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. El Cabanyal was also a really pretty place and we spent a few hours walking around the back streets and food market. We also found a cool food court, Mercabanyal that was great to grab lunch and reasonably prices drinks. I'm hoping Visor Fest is there again next year as well both happily stay there again.

Beach hotel in the middle of lively area!

Good location between bars and restaurants, very close to the beach. We were not bothered much with noice, but it is in the middle of a very busy area, so expect to wake up now and then;-) Hotel is what these hotels are, not big luxury, but location is the thing. We had a nice stay, would book again.

Very good location, very close to the beach with lots of dining options nearby. Room cleanliness was questionable and had bad smells, including cigarette smells all over the hotel. Breakfast was ok, but with a very limited time window.

The place was fine and the balcony area was outstanding. The first and real issue was the bed/bedroom. This was a European queen bed we are traveling in Europe. But the room was exactly 1 foot wider than the bed on three sides. You basically fall into bed from the door. Not practical but we prepaid. Next there is the front desk staff. I found them okay, but not the hotel staff we had just left. My wife found them rude.

Lovely beach front property with great staff, very friendly and helpful. We loved the decor of the hotel and room, very modern and obviously newly refurbished. The location is ideal for the beach and Marina area, and once you understand it, there are regular buses and Metros into Valencia centre, although I recommend working out a strategy before attempting as winging it is challenging and we wasted time getting on/off the wrong transport. Central Valencia is a good 30mins away, late taxis cost around €16. All in all the hotel was good, and we would stay again

This hotel is a bit small but very well managed and maintained. The rooms are clean and maintained daily. It is centered in the heart of the Las Arenas beach and boardwalk and a 10 minute walk to the port and marina. The bar/restaurant has the second best dinner and late night crowds. I extended my stay three days and will recommend it ya everyone.

The rooms are extremely small and the beds are very hard, although the view was beautiful and the staff was very nice. If you are here to party and stay out until 4 am then this might be the place for you. Otherwise if you want to sleep around midnight…good luck. The noise from the surrounding clubs and the fireworks at 3 am every night made it nearly impossible.
