Razoável .Me hospedo nesse hotel pelo menos 1 vez por ano há 20 anos .Desta vez saí decepcionada,está em reforma e tem muito pó. Não limpou os quartos durante a estadia toda estadia. Tive problemas com o chuveiro (levamos choque) e o chuveiro elétrico também não é bom. Resolveu mas depois de muita insistência. Funcionária da copa me tratou com grosseria (não tem tato nem treinamento para lidar com pessoas) Da recepção todos gentis Deixo como sugestão treinar a funcionária da copa e da recepção que ficou no dia 06/09 ( não sabe como lidar com situações e não tem tato com pessoas )

O htl está em reforma, alguns apartamentos ja estão disponíveis para hospedagem. Está fazendo muita falta um balcão ou bancada para acomadar as malas, sugerimos até que seja localizada embaixo do "cabideiro" já que não existe um guarda roupa tradicional. É muito mais confortável para o hóspede ter uma móvel para deixar as malas durante sua estadia. Poderiam ser deixados copos, mesmo que sejam descartáveis. Os funcionários estão de PARABÉNS, desde a recepção, camareiras, equipe do café da manhã todos muito bem humorados. PARABÉNS, com certeza voltaremos.
