A comfortable stay

The location is great. It’s close to the lake and about a 20-minute walk from the bus station. It’s new, clean and well designed. The service is good, the bed is comfortable and the food is very delicious. The pool is a little small.

Great experience! Hotel was super well located and the spa was amazing. I really enjoyed the restaurant and the food was good, the menu and breakfast was limited due to COVID-19, but I did not lack anything and was pleased with the selection.

A/c didn’t work throughout the night. Couldn’t sleep because it was so hot and humid. Told the front desk and he at first denied the problem saying he felt fine in the room (26 degrees although set to 20) and then told me there was nothing he could do about it. Der Wellnessbereich ist ansprechend gestaltet und bietet alles zum Relaxen. Das Buffet ist sehr vielfältig, da ist für jeden etwas dabei, lediglich die Brot bzw. Gebäckauswahl könnte etwas mehr sein.
