Location is terrible, just because of nearby night club. Hotel is pretty worn out, despite good service.

First it was hard to find ..I spent 20 minutes looking for it then after asking 3 people we found it..I told the front desk you should leave signs outside so people can locate the hotel easier..he got offended then he told me the check in at 2:30 you came to early .. The room was small smell like onion because my room was in the restaurant floor ( was restaurant and they turn it into a rooms. The hotel location is okay but they are too many restaurants and too much noise.. We couldn’t sleep before 3 am .. The picture of the food or the restaurant it’s all fake . They is no early check in and no welcoming drink .. Not recommend it

2/10 Poor

Room was unbelievably dirty. There was a big blood stain on the blanket which was without a cover. When i asked for another blanket they gave me a dirtier one with a cover and told me to do it myself. The phone in the room doesn't work. The receptionist didn't tell us anything about the hotel. He didn't even show us to our room. Now i don't wanna be a pain in the a**, but i work in a hotel as well and this types of thing is personnel's job to do.

Otelin konum çok elverişli ve kolay. Ancak taksim bölgesini seçiyorsanız 24 saat gürültüye maruz kalabiliyorsunuz .

2/10 Poor

Her yerde böcekler vardı, dışarının sesi 24 saat boyunca devam etti ve uyunmadı.
