Very happy with our stay at Glavas Inn. Checking in was fast and easy. The rooms were very clean and cleaned each day for us. The shower was nice and new and had good pressure and hot water. There is a window in the bathroom so it doesn’t get too hot/humid. The AC worked very well. We stayed in room 501 and 507. Both were good. 507 had a huge balcony with a good view and a bit of privacy as it was an end unit. 501 was right beside the path of the hotel so we couldn’t open our window or curtains due to lack of privacy. Our patio didn’t really have a view as it was blocked by a tree, however it provided great shade. The food was decent, with variety enough for all. The drinks were not too good of quality but the beer and wine was enough with meals to satisfy us for this trip. The staff was all extremely friendly. The beach here is beautiful and sandy. We didn’t want to pay the extra 10 euros per day for seats so we just sat on the sand in the shade and it was fine. We ended up having to go shopping for beach towels as you cannot use the hotel towels but that’s fine. The property is very beautiful and cared for greatly. As other reviews state this hotel is in an incline, so it’s best to be in good shape to stay here. We were fortunate enough that our rooms were right near the main building which had an elevator so we didn’t have to walk up and down much. Make sure to pack toiletries as there are none complimentary except for all in one soap. Would stay again!

No servic

Really bad customer service! It is as confirmed about only a bot saying exactly the same polite sentences promising to help or to contact the hotel but never do. They quickly received the hotelpayment and the information about the hotel was missleading information,  unexisting services were mentioned on the hotel, no resoect of requests either and they did not even have a cooperation with the hotel. Absolutely a scam! I wasted hours to contact them 4 times to get the status of my ticket, explaining again and again my issue and they did not even contact the hotel to come up the solution. And when i mentioned that the hotel offered me a worser room than the one I paid for filled with ants, the said that was a solution that i should choose! My family and I have suffered tremendus on our overcharged hotel with no respect to our needs, unfriendly staff and no respect to our requests. No respect for knee hurts after my surgery to climb up the hill to get to the room.. Not trustful company at all. They are not worth more than one star..and that is too much!

Unglaublich nettes Personal ,vor allem im Restaurant ,das Essen sehr gut und Sauberkeit auf hohem Nivou. Strandnähe war gut ,das einzige man musste die Liegen und Sonnenschirme 10 Euro pro Tag bezahlen. Privatstrand ,sehr ruhig.
