Communication with the Provider was very difficult, I needed the support from Hotels.com to get things right. At the end everything worked-out perfectly. The location is perfect, dead center of Como!

The staff knock the door very rude and they open with out permission. We talk to them and we ask for 5 more min and they were pretty mad.

Property should be delisted from Hotels.com

No soap in the kitchen or bathroom. Bed frame peeling plastic into the sheets and floor. Mold on ceiling over the shower. Ants in the kitchen. Overall YUCK.

Die Unterkunft war top. Genau so wie auf den Bildern. Perfekte Lage an der Stadt. Die Nähe zum See ist absolut gegeben und schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Parksituation ist teils schwer. An Straßen kann mit EasyPark geparkt werden, was auch Billiger ist als in einem Parkhaus. Es kann trotzdem mit ca. 15€ pro Tag gerechnet werden. Die Angezeigte Nummer bei Expedia ist nicht aktuell. Sobald mit Expedia in Kontakt getreten oder online auf der Website nachgeschaut, kann eine WhatsApp Nummer ausfindig gemacht werden, mit der das in Kontakt drehten super schnell und einfach geht. Wir würden wieder hin gehen.
